The Big Thing About Unschooling

It took me a number of years to come back to the idea of unschooling. These days I feel that I need to be actively involved in my children's everyday lives, not imposing myself upon them but be willing to share with them anything that I find of interest. If they don't want like Shakespeare, well that's fine. They all do actually like Shakespeare very much and I haven't actually found much that they won't take a look at. We have to be a good example to our children whether we are in the educational field or whether it's for virtues,. Our beliefs, whatever exercise that we need to show our children is valuable by actually doing it ourselves.
