Burn Out in the Workplace
i think wat what i keep going back to is that energy and energy out. We expend energy with friends and family, ah with just the daily things of keeping ourselves fed and bathed,. Those kinds of things are all energy expenditures as well. And we have to get energy in from the food that we eat, from our environment, from the people who love us and take care of us. If in your work things are ok, but outside of work, there's nothing coming in, or not enough coming in to counterbalance that, i think you can still have a recipe for burn out there.
