You have to go through the process of self discovery, understanding your motivating factors. And by doing that, then we are able to more easily look at the outside world and to see our brothers and sisters in the world as equals. Are you living on a repetition of worts from the past? You automatically come out of it looking at everybody in an pate enor interiority aspicten. I must be honestit maybe ten percent of my life i get triggered. The 90 % not triggered. Bad things aren't happening to me, but the way i approach them don't have a trigger attached to them.
