There was a legitimate concern about abortion, particularly when Francis Schafer did his film series on the culture of death that was developing in the west. And so this, right around 1980, right around the time of Ronald J. Reagan, we started putting together a new coalition because family values. The Democrats don't hate, don't care about family values. So from here on out, it's Republican all the way. It's Ronald Reagan, even though he's divorced and his wife does seances in the White House. We'll overlook that. Because he likes jelly beans and jelly beans are all American and he hates communists and liberals and he'll help with family values. That's Bolshevik.
