How to Find a Mentor for Your Startup Journey

I know that also for first time founders, it can be really hard to find the right type of mentor or kind of really go about it in the right way. So seek out folks that are a couple of steps ahead in your journey, but not by steps ahead and surround yourself with folks in that journey as well. I think there's so much you can get just from being surrounded with folks that are going through similar challenges. And again, that's been huge for me both at the startup and at the scale up into the journey.
