Keystone Habits - Reflective Practice
Camilla: Reflective practice gives me an opportunity to get up in my balloon and get above Mount Rainier to see how things are playing out. And that's just a good exercise for those of us with ADD to consider information just enough. So the reflective practice for me is while I'm riding my bike, while I'm walking my dog, while I have a sip of coffee. We're either big brainers or we're fast brainers. There's a little bit of awareness into alittle bit of engagement.
