How to Prioritize Research Projects

As a hiring manager, I generally make sure that people joining my teams learn about all aspects of the team. So we typically individual researchers contribute to the conversation about priorities. But ultimately, there's a lead or a manager, or if you're on a big enough team and you've got a research ops specialist, somebody like that who's responsible for the final prioritization. And so everybody joining our team is going to know what's higher or lower priority in terms of the business vision and strategy.
