The Diaphragm Is the Prime Muscle of Breathing

At the core of the muscularity of inspiration and expiration, there is a couple of groups of muscles. The diaphragm circumnavigates the body - it's an ovular shaped muscle that goes all the way round to the back side where the spine is. There are sub scapular muscles, the muscles that are between your shoulder blade and your rib cage, that you need to work to become more flexible. And these ansellary muscles have the capacity to elevate your rib cage or your shoulder girdle. So if you're filling up percentage of a cup, and the last ten % or 15% is up here, that's done by lifting and opening.
