How Can I Get a License?
The centre has made several laws which are binding upon the states. Every state disform will have to have ten % of its power from renewable sources, solar, wind or whatever. The second policy which the centre made was that all renewabl plants must run. This is a very dangerous policy, because it says, as long as the sun shines, i can only use solar power. But then when the sun goes down, what happens? I have to draw on coal power. And if the reulator fails to grant the license within the stipulated period, you can still deem yourself to be a license. A multiple licenses, a enforcing open axces and choosing to use the existing distribution lines
