How to Build a Business Like This

In China, salespeople used to spend one hour in a store figuring out what's where. They would then get all decisions that are needed from the store manager. But when they got new people coming in, now they don't know that store manager is going to take them a year to learn him. So we said we are going to create a doer. How do we have fun? We have very low marketing budgets. This was like a year into acquiring Durex. And so far after the party our net gain of a thousand fans a day has been over $1 billion.
