The Role of Cultural Expertise in Ethics Committees

I wanted to move on a bit and ask you about the makeup of ethics committees. So talk a bit about how you need a range of different people. What do you do in the context of cultural expertise? And presumably it's going to be tough for an ethics committee to represent all these cultures or even bring in that knowledge and experience. Well, the categories of membership at the minute are experts and lay members. But I think getting that balance could be quite difficult simply because of what has to be done as part of the job.
