The Cost of Money to Lender Is Still Pretty Cheap

The cost of money to lend is still pretty cheap, isn't it? When we look at the hundred year average is sitting around five, six %. So i do believe as the, you know, the borders are fully open now, and people are coming back into australia,  i honestly think prices may cool off. Do i think a lot of housing stock will cool off? Yes. The only reason because we can't have these crazy returns in every market for infinity,. Like it's therse cycles, that's markets.
