Is the Delta Variant a Terminator?

The delta variant is more contagious. It doesn't seem to be generating more severe disease, but it's basically looks like the same disease, just way more contagious. And so when you look out at the world, you want to think about what are the case rates looking like? What is the risk of infection? All the same kind of calculations, just sort of dialo bit for the for the contagious. That's hopeful for people, because they kind hof already thought about what to do in the face of covid.
