The Flexibility of Learning Experience Maps

I tend to use the term experience map quite broadly. I think that would be most appropriate. A lot of the listeners design online learning, and so when somebody's working for a large corporation or organization and they are required to take a course, I was thinking of that one could map that journey. Experience maps would be great for us to try to figure out and understand the frustrations and that people may be experiencing then how to improve it.
