How Should I Change My Strength Training as the Season Progresses?

Alex: I like finding ways throughout the dayto to see if i can incorporate a couch stretch while i'm in a meeting, or, you know, different things. So one thing i like with this stuff, too, is trying to find ways to incorporate it into like, dayto day life. A lot of athletes, it's more about just getting used to incorporating strength training every time they train. Alex: If you're already dealing with a reasonably complex endurance straining regime, man lats have a lot to do. You only need two to start. And then should your strength training aptitude grow, then this whole groove greasing mentality becomes more strength training.
