The Biden Administration's Fear of Ukraine Counterfencing

Biden's team fears the aftermath of failed Ukrainian counter offensive. US intelligence indicated Ukraine simply does not have the ability to push Russian troops from where they were deeply entrenched. If Ukraine can't gain dramatically on the battlefield, the question inevitably rises as to whether it is time for a negotiated stop to the fighting.
