You know, anytime that you can, you can reduce the barriers to acquiring talent and retaining talent and keeping people excited. That's really, really important. And so what I've been focusing on is really refining. How do you teach OTP to a beginning el Elixir developer or tune experience Java or JavaScript developers in a way that they could be really productive and quickly.
