The Importance of Community in Customer Success

I think it's been a mix of that and then a lot of marketing. So, okay, we have these people in our community and they're brand ambassadors and that's not the same thing. I am excited for the same reason that people are going to start seeing it as a more dynamic, strategic, um, you know, entity and team on there at their company.
