The problem they're having today is largely one of experience and one of feature. These are historically companies who make products made of metal and rummour. They send them out of the factory and then they forget about them. The problem with software is A, it's a completely different creative process. And also when you look at the digital experiences they've put in the vehicle to date, I would argue two things: One, they're universally awful.
