Thet english has this unbelievable flexibility, but also richness of vocai say, tranch of cake. Even basic words like the word same, but the latin version would be the word equal. And we use those interchangeably. Words land in different places. But there are sometimes synonyms that are kind of hard to distinguish,. And i'm thinking of baggage and luggage.
