When i first started calculating my mackerels, was the hardest thing for me. You always feel, of course, as a woman, like everybody is staring at you. And so i saw myself like, ok, if i'm going to dudlas im in to bring hobarbel in the back corner where hofully less people will see me back there. So it's a mind shet shifts. You really have to be open to just holding on. If you're more comfortable taking the bar bell somewhere where you're not the centre of attention, then then do it. I don't see there's anything wrong with that.
