LZ Granderson asks: What's the first step that somebody can take to start to understand? How do I actually find one person and just open the door to what's the opening move here for that person? "What a beautiful question. I almost tear up when I hear it because like that person, I just want to reach out and hug them," he says of someone who has been burned or hurt in some way. LZ: The best way to start is what you said - start small, start with one person.
