I don't like the word failure because to me, anything you want to do that's new, you're going to make mistakes and things won't work the way you thought. To me, they're lessons, they're not failures and you just need to understand what went wrong. So next time you don't make the same mistake or make adjustment to do it better. I think our society will be run by technology. The fact that the voices of women leaders are missing at the design tables, at the discussion tables, the world is being built in a way that it won't be women friendly," she said.
