Are You Under Intense Pressure?
The church is under intense pressure right now around the world. The word that you use repeatedly in the book of Revelation is they're under thelipsis, which means afflictions. And so people are tired, they're tempted to quit under this pressure or they're compromising with the pagan culture of the Roman Empire around them. So what Revelation does it provides a powerful counter vision, a prophetic counter vision to Christians and give the church a different vision of what's going on really around them.
