The Cuisine of Nagaland
The Far East of India is actually part of Southeast Asia. The ingredients that are used in the cuisine, the herbs and all those things, they are the ones you would find locally. And when it comes to Nagaland, there is a lot of dependence on eating pork. There's a lot of fish that is eaten, river fish, not sea fish. So if we see the cuisine of this region, it's very different from what we find in the mainland of India.
