How to Write Tasks

David Allen suggests writing tasks down on a card. He says it gives him the chance to filter his thoughts and get them in order. David is not very good at writing things down, so he uses long hand instead. The cards will be processed into Claire Fontaine's electronic system by tomorrow afternoon.
