The Importance of Having a Good Platform for Learning
The average worker switches between 10 apps 25 times a day. I think immersive learning is like the key part in the future when it comes to learning. We need to lower the barriers to get to the right content when you need it. It's that feedback loop often, it doesn't take many times of not finding what you need or having a bad experience to discourage you from doing it again next time.
