The Opportunity Set Is Getting Better for Investors

The opportunity to be an investor in the private credit space is like I haven't seen probably in a decade. Of the approximate 3,000 banks out there, 700 of them are not in compliance with the most basic of CRE lending, which is a 300-100 rule. If they do that, you're going to see an even greater retrenchment from banks in the CRE lending space. The credit markets also were a lot more nimble and can serve value-out operators.
