Types in the Browser

New proposal to jova script or t c 39 would expose types in the browser as comments. Different programming languages have different ways to annotate your code that aren't used by the run time. For example, python has significant white space, and java script doesn't. People like to put type enotations in their code not just to communicate with the machine, but to communicate with other humans. So i think of the typesis comments as being a place where java script just didn't have a syntax to do.
