When someone doesn't feel worthy, what are some tools and practices to support that deeper feeling? Yes, absolutely. These safety behaviors are compensating for this perceived fatal flaw. We can act as if we felt worthy. And then again, our ideas and our mood and our concepts about ourself will catch up. This is a long-term project. It's not over one dinner or certainly. But we can put our behavior first and acting as if we were not anxious, act as ifWe belonged and were worthy.
