Is There a Synergy Between Epinephrine and Fentanyl?
There's really no harm in giving epinephrine there are some institutions myself included that have these kind of urban legend pearls I'll call and pass down with any epinephrine. Some studies advocate using 200 micrograms of epinephrine which is 0.2 milligrams if it's one to a thousand so that's what I do when I want to add length to my block I don't think this is the best evidence-based practice but it's the best I have to go on and so for epinephrine the jury's out there are some studies that's that show it works there are some Studies that show it doesn't, though.
