Introduction

Todd Sichrysek is an associate professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Chapel Hill. Todd was a 10-year associate professor of psychology and built faculty development efforts at three universities before joining UNC. He has consulted with organizations such as the American Council on Education, Lenovo Computer, Microsoft and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. We also share ways to improve our productivity approaches so we can be even more present for students.
