What Made Me Leave OUGR?
Lizzy was trying to make a process for all of us so that things would just be easier in the future. Her boss demoted her out of nowhere and then within the same week there was a employee employee wide meeting, she says. Lizzy left OUGR because they said like if you speak out about your experience we will even threaten to sue her due to her experiences with this mission. She still believes in the mission but now can't personally support it anymore.
