The Ethnogenias, or Pastianar Lost, Passionarity?

The ethno genniz series is loosely inspired by Lev Gumilov, historian Jogrefer. He sees Russians as a super ethnos, kinder to the Turkic Mongols of the steps who are engaged in this generational struggle with Catholic Europe. In 2014, Vladislav Sorkov wrote under his pen name, Natan Dubavitsky, without a sky, which is a fairly post-apocalyptic world. The idea that all peoples have some kind of crucial national identity and destiny expresses itself in what we would really regard as precisely imperial terms.
