Is There a Difference Between Brand Awareness and Relevance?

A lot of content marketing and social media channels, et cetera, you're building brand awareness. Then the problem is, for the last 20 years, one of the beautiful things about performance marketing was direct returnon investment analysis capability. But i go into all these companies that spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a month collecting leads with great attribution at cheap cost per lead. They never actually track the customer acquisition costs of those or how they progress through a funnel. That's what most companies don't do. And so that's where the divide is. Do i think that there are some places where direct response marketing works, and you can get customers at low custom requisition costs? For sure
