Is There a Need to Clone All Your Current Profile Permissions?

Security and managing security is a big issue right now because it's done in a half a million different ways. So for every sales user you create, you got to go and apply those six or seven permissions sets. And I really see the need to, I think it just should be a cutoff, meaning we're about to well, clone all your current profiles as a migration.
