How has the tenor of the purchases of homes changed if people aren't necessarily taking out a 30-year mortgage in the same way? Maybe they're getting a loan from the actual home builder to buy a home, or maybe they're refinancing someone else's loan and putting their name on it to get the lower rate. How is the nature of the financing just shifted completely to avoid paying the punitive rates that are currently instated at the headline level? What would you say to public officials about the national outrage that to be selfish our kids can't afford to live? Right.
