How Do You Deal With Negativity?

Sometimes we have to accept the fact that there is nothing that we can do or say to get some one else who doesn't walk in our shoes to understand. I feel more that you can learn about brain functioning, not in a scientific kind of way, but enough so that you can at least know in your own head when something comes at you - and i think it's worth a shot. The first is to be able inside your head to say, yes. And i know why, to work on that judgment, that self judgment that has to come first, always has to come before emotional judgement.
