What Was New York City Like in the Mid 19 Seventies?
Tory, son of sam is the first serial killer that i really remember hearing about on the news. It was a chaotic time for the nation as a whole. People were coming off the craziness of the 19 sixties in the viatnom war. Culturally, the hippy movement had faded in intensity but also had become semi main stream. The hot new sound was disco music. I remember how terrified people in new york were, and i remember when the sereal killer was caught.
