The Future of Artificial Intelligence
I tend to err on the side that digital intelligence will evolve faster than a digital biological hybrid. I suspect that if we reach and exceed human levels of intelligence in non-human forms, that silicon intelligence will be the dominant pathway. There's ample capacity for our current technological tools to intervene in their own sort of smaller feedback loops without catapulting us into Teletix Explojian world. The more and these sorts of conversations I have, I start to believe there's going to be some form of forking future whereby it's all of the possibilities all at once.
