The Supreme Court's Decision in the Morrison's Case, Isabel?
The supreme court ruled that the close connection test applies differently in sexual abuse cases. Abuse of that type can't be regarded as something done in the ordinary course of employment, but vicarious liability absolutely still applies. They said there's a distinction between acting on something which is something personal, personal vendetta or acting on your employer's business. And applying the facts to that case, the supreme court stressed very much that in disclosing this personal data it was an act entirely of personal vengeance.
