The Power of Visualization in Personal Development

There are two types of visualization. There is goal visualization and there is what's known as process visualization. When you begin visualizing a goal, the first thing that happens is opportunity starts to come your way. So when I read a book called Think and Grow Rich, I started to visualize that ultimate scene, that final goal of where I want it to be. And I visualize that every single day. Do you see how this is working? It's how our reticular activating system gets programmed. Visualization is one very powerful way to program and pre-frame this pre-colored lens so that your RAS is programmed in a way that it looks for what you want to see.
