Phillip: What I didn't hear inside there was running ads or doing marketing that leads to a phone call. For one of my other services, where we do some education stuff in the business zone and lead generation space, we force people to watch an hour video before they speak to us. He says you have to run them through a funnel, some sort of video, get them further down a road, show them some pricing options then allow them to get through it.
