How to Save a Scammer
Simon: There's a lot of scammers out there and we had that happen to us. I call our community frequently a burn unit for the e-commerce industry. You've got to kind of earn the right to talk into people's lives, he says. He recommends listening to 20 or 30 podcast episodes before you make up your mind about it.
