Gary Cevallos: I've always found that the best to turn is actually a small chihuahua. He says his brother-in-law was the visionary for this flipping business and for this real estate business. "I lost everything in real estate by 2011 but it was that failure that gave me the success of 2011 to 2016," he says. 'It's really hard to put that title on as a coach if you have not had experience in the area that you're teaching'
