Is Socialized Medicine a Good Idea?

I think the NHS is fantastic. You know, I can get ill in any way at all. And I can go in and it's free and I get cured. My dad's big on the Britain one being good. But here people are terrified. They call it socialized medicine, don't they? And they think it's a really terrifying idea. If you've got health insurance, you've got those people who are employed to try and discredit you. So when you when you put an application, they try and find any kind of pre existing condition. It's like an insurance, like a just deeply immoral.
