Managing the Data Team on a Fast Scaling Team
When a team's growing really fast that's in response to the organization you know organizational demand for data right and usually the mathematical relationship is that the demand outstrips supply which can lead to burnout design supply. Can you talk about mitigating that on a fast scaling team? I've been there a couple of times where really trying to figure out how to not get caught in what we call the service trap it's also something of I picked up from Emily and putting into place things that can protect the data team from that.
