"I was doing it six days a week for an hour and a half a day and body insane," she says of her exercise regime. "It was so long though it was before I had kids and it was definitely amazing, but back to what the dance classes were actually really really fun once I got over the like soreness piece of it." She adds that working out is not something you can just drop into; you really have to keep doing it in order to get results.
