How to Grow Wisdom in Hard Conversations

Coaching with a couple recently and they were talking a little bit about their 12 year old daughter whose art project was late. She got 50% on the project, but it dropped her to an F. And I think most parents would be to put some sort of consequence that threatens something they really like. This is the ultimate reason why I really wanted to learn how to stop telling I was such a teller and start asking questions because it opened their hearts to be able to have hard conversations.
