The Importance of Interservice Collaboration in the Air Force
I think the key thing is to have the interconnectivity baked in from the start. The challenge, however, is that we're not starting from a blank sheet. How do you take a platform by the B52 and ensure it is JAD-C2 compatible? Not sure it can be done, but how do you do it? That's one capability. You could replicate that, obviously, across the board of the DOD.
